Tomas spent the last 15 years transforming visions into reality from large development projects to single-family homes, remodeling, and renovation projects. With a background in engineering and hands-on experience managing a wide range of projects, this journey allowed Tomas to participate in every stage of the building life cycle actively. ​
When Tomas is not immersed in development projects, he indulges in his passion for triathlons, healthy and active lifestyle, & world travel.​

Cody is an industry veteran with 18 years of experience in construction and real estate development.

Cody grew up in the Bay Area and brings a wealth of experience in building process from design coordination, value engineering, construction oversight & buildout to successful close out. Cody has been involved in a variety of projects, ranging from home construction and remodeling to larger multifamily development deals. Known for his diligence, passion, and professionalism, he has an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality in every project he undertakes.
